Q: What is the minium time to rent the house
A: One week
Q: Is there certain check in dates?
A: Saturday is most common check in / out date. If there is no previous reservations we may agree some other week dates.
Q: Is there something we should know when arriving to house
A: All our guest will receive personal welcome by our property manager. You will get house tour so you will get to know how everything will be working at the house. We gladly help with every possible way to give relaxury vacation for you.
Q: What is the best way to get the house from airport?
A: We can arrange transportation from airports (Fort Myers. $ 60, $ 200 Miami). Renting car is also quick, easy and cost effective way to get to Lely Resort.
Q: Do we need a car while staying at the house?
A: Yes, we recommend to rent a car
Q: What kind of services there is nearby
A: 2 miles from house you find Publix and Wallmart, pharmacy, gas stations and some restaurants

This wonderful property in a quiet gated section of Lely Resort was perfect for our winter month-long getaway. The home had been recently updated and the new furnishings definitely enhanced our stay. The 3 bedrooms in the main house were spacious as was the fourth bedroom in the Casita. We particularly enjoyed the private heated pool and spa that were located in the inner courtyard.The courtyard also featured an outdoor dining area where we could have a meal or snack while family members enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and there was an abundance of linens and pool towels. There were also inflatables for the pool

This was a true gem! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. Having the pool area as the main attraction of the house was delightful. The house was well equipped with beach/bath towels, beach accessories, kitchen accessories, and entertainment systems. We enjoyed the access to the resort pool and fitness center. The location also was within a 20-minute drive to Naples and Marco Island. Our family had a remarkable vacation and created lasting memories.

This is an extremely unique house that was very well laid out. When you first open the front door you immediately enter into the beautiful pool area! They have a separate in-law's suite (own shower/ sink area) located in the pool area which is awesome if you're bringing grandparents/ babysitter etc. The master bedroom has it's own "wing" of the house which is on the total opposite side of where the other bedrooms are located. This gives you great privacy if your kids are a little older. If you have very young children this may be an issue with the amount of separation. The main reason we rented this house was because it's located in Lely and it has access to the Players Club. The Players Club is truly awesome and you will end up spending almost everyday at the club. Just watch the Youtube video on the Players Club and you will see what I mean! Overall this was an absolutely beautiful house- unbelievably safe location- you must enter two gates to get in! It's located about 15-20 minutes from all the Waterside shops and Old Downtown (5th St.) which is another bonus! Great house, we would definitely recommend!
